What does 0.4 TOG mean for your baby?

TOG measures how warm a sleeping bag will keep your baby. The higher the number, the warmer the bag. Our bamboo sleeping bag is rated 0.4 TOG — a lightweight rating designed for rooms between 24°C and 27°C. At this temperature, dress your baby in a short-sleeved bodysuit underneath, or just a nappy if the room is very warm.

Because bamboo is naturally breathable and temperature-regulating, this bag is also comfortable in slightly cooler rooms when your baby is dressed in a light long-sleeved layer underneath.
