We ship Australia-wide, to New Zealand, Canada and the US.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide. Express shipping is $15. Orders over $49 ship free anywhere in Australia.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse. Standard delivery across Australia typically takes 2-5 business days. Express is 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post. Click the link and you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

We want you to love your Bubi order. If something is not right you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, socks can only be returned unopened unless faulty.

Every product page has a size guide that lists both Australian sizing and measurements in centimetres and kilograms. If your baby is between sizes, size up - our fabrics have a gentle stretch so slightly larger fits comfortably without being baggy.

We use organic cotton and bamboo viscose across most of our range, and soft cotton for our socks. Our organic cotton pieces are 95% organic cotton and 5% spandex - soft, stretchy and made without harsh chemicals. Our bamboo pieces are made from viscose from bamboo - silky soft and breathable for warm Australian days.

Yes - this is the whole reason Bubi exists. My son had sensitive skin and I could not find baby clothes that were genuinely gentle. Every Bubi piece is made from soft fabrics without harsh chemicals. Every baby is different, so if your little one has a skin condition, it's worth checking with your GP.

We worked hard on this. We tested over 20 fabric suppliers specifically to find one that holds its softness and shape wash after wash.

Our fabrics are made from organic cotton and bamboo. Our bamboo pieces are bamboo viscose, which isn't an organic product.

We believe the most sustainable thing a baby garment can do is last. We use organic cotton, grown without harmful pesticides, and bamboo viscose, made from a fast-growing renewable plant. We use recyclable packaging wherever we can. 

And we design every piece to last long enough to hand down to the next baby, reducing waste and the need to constantly replace clothing.

Bubi is designed in Melbourne by my husband and me. Our garments are manufactured in China by a supplier we spent a long time finding - one that meets our quality and ethical standards. 

We are honest about this because we think transparency matters.
