1. Welcome

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using www.bubi.com.au and buying from BUBI AU PTY LTD (ABN 85 673 575 552) - referred to here as "Bubi", "we", "us", or "our".

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. About our products

We design baby clothing in Melbourne and produce it through carefully chosen suppliers. Our current range includes:

• Bamboo fabric rompers, made from bamboo viscose
• Bamboo fabric sleeping bags, made from bamboo viscose
• Baby socks, made from cotton
• Gift cards

We describe our materials honestly. If a product is certified organic or holds another recognised certification, we'll clearly say so on the product page. We don't claim certifications we don't hold.

3. Sustainability

Sustainability is at the heart of Bubi. We work hard to source responsibly, reduce waste, and choose fabrics that are gentle on babies and the planet. We're always looking to improve, and we'll keep you updated as we do.

4. Orders and payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion - for example, in the case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock issue. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment is made at checkout using one of the methods listed there. Prices on the site are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may update prices and product details at any time without notice.

5. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, but delivery can be affected by carrier issues, customs (for New Zealand orders), or other factors outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in line with our Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. 7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
• A repair, replacement, or refund where goods are not of acceptable quality

For minor issues, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

8. Care instructions

Every garment includes care instructions. Following them helps your Bubi pieces last as long as possible. We aren't responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or ironing.

9. Skin sensitivities

We choose our fabrics with babies in mind, but every baby is different. If your child has known allergies or sensitivities, please review the product details before buying, and check with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns.

10. Intellectual property

All content on www.bubi.com.au - including product names, designs, photography, illustrations, logos, branding, and copy - is owned by or licensed to BUBI AU PTY LTD. You can't copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. User-generated content

If you tag us, send us photos, or post a review, you grant Bubi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share that content on our website, social channels, and marketing materials, with credit where possible. You can ask us to take it down at any time by emailing hello@bubiau.com

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUBI AU PTY LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria.
