I got so frustrated trying to find something better for my son Daniel - who has sensitive skin - that I designed it myself. Every detail was decided with one question in mind: will this make life easier for a tired parent? The two-way zip, the fold-over cuffs, the organic cotton that survives the washing machine without falling apart. Yes to all of it.
This organic cotton baby onesie is made from 95% organic cotton and 5% spandex. Soft and gentle on sensitive skin, stretchy enough to move with them all day.
The two-way zip means you can do a nappy change at 3am without fully undressing your baby. The zip guard at the neck protects delicate skin. The fold-over cuffs cover hands and feet when you need them, then fold back as your baby grows.
The mandarin print is designed by my husband in Melbourne - cheerful, unisex and completely unique to Bubi. Works beautifully as baby boy clothes or baby girl clothes.

Is this gentle on my baby’s sensitive skin?
Yes - this is the whole reason Bubi exists. My son had sensitive skin and I couldn’t find baby clothes that were genuinely gentle. Every Bubi piece is made from soft, gentle fabrics without harsh chemicals. Every baby is different, so if your little one has a skin condition, it’s always worth checking with your GP or paediatrician.
Will it pill or lose its shape after washing?
We tested over 20 fabric suppliers specifically to find one that holds its softness and shape wash after wash.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low - that is all it needs. No special treatment, no hand washing only. Parents are busy enough.
How do I choose the right size?
Check our size guide - it lists both Australian sizing and measurements in centimetres and kilograms. If your baby is between sizes, size up. Our fabrics have a gentle stretch so slightly larger fits comfortably without being baggy.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We ship from Melbourne via Australia Post. Most Australian orders arrive within 2-5 business days.
Express shipping is available at checkout for $15 if you need it sooner.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any item. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
